If you need to update the credit card used for your purchases on Maze, please follow these steps depending on which plan you're on.
Starter customers
You can update your billing information via the settings in your individual account:
- Log into your Maze account
- Open your account settings from the gear icon in the bottom left corner
- Click on Billing
- Update your payment details and save
Team customers
Make sure you update via Team Settings not the personal account settings if you're on Team. Updating the credit card tied to your personal account will not update your Team.
You'll need to update your billing information within your Team's settings specifically:
- Log into your Maze account
- Switch into your team via the account chooser in the upper left
- Click on the Team Settings icon (
) in the left sidebar (not the gear icon)
- Click on Team billing
- Update your payment details and save
Once complete, all future subscription charges for your account will be billed to the credit card on file.
